Privacy contact: pablo@miriampdmoda.com. For professional follow-up determined by my coach, the coach is the controller and Hatipikal acts as processor, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
Depending on the feature I use, the health data I voluntarily provide may include questionnaires, measurements, progress, photographs, nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress, injuries, symptoms, medical or family history, laboratory tests, markers and reports. Only the information necessary for the follow-up I request is processed.
I explicitly consent to the use of these data for personalised wellbeing, nutrition and activity follow-up, including, within the AI features I request, profiling, marker analysis and personalised recommendations. This guidance does not replace an assessment by a healthcare professional.
This consent does not authorise advertising or other uses unrelated to follow-up. Sharing health data with my coach and obtaining activity or sleep data from my device remain subject to their specific controls. I can disable AI in Privacy & account; my explicit withdrawals and the existing photograph controls are respected.
Processing is governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and applicable law. For health data, the authorisation is my explicit consent under Article 9(2)(a); the legal basis for the requested service is explained in the Privacy Policy.
I can withdraw this consent at any time in Privacy & account or by writing to info@hatipikal.com, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Withdrawal stops uses that require health data. I can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection where applicable, through that email address or the stated postal address, identifying my account and the right requested. I can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
The data are used while necessary for the authorised follow-up and while consent remains valid. When the relationship ends or I withdraw consent, erasure is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy; only the minimum records necessary for legal obligations or liabilities are retained in a blocked state. Backups remain subject to their rotation cycle, and minimum evidence of the decision to consent or withdraw consent is retained to document what happened.
